If you prefer not to receive such Communications, please do not select the ‘Please inform me option’. If you do select this option and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, please use the features made available to you.

If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or placing an order, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order. For example, all registered users will receive an email to confirm their order. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns and to provide the high level of customer service that Autotech offers its customers.

Autotech takes great pride in having you as a customer and we will ensure your privacy as a customer. Autotech does not sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers with third parties.

autotech.com does recognize your ISP (internet service provider), however, we cannot identify you as an individual. If you make an on-line purchase we do collect information (such as sales statistics and traffic patterns) to help improve your shopping experience. We keep all information confidential.

Autotech seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.

E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.

Shipping & Returns

Q: Shipping

All shipping is freight collect by most economical means, usually via UPS Ground Service. We also offer express delivery via UPS 3 Day Select, Second Day Air (Blue Label), Next Day Air (Red Label), and Next Day Saturday Delivery for additional charges. All freight charges will be added to the invoice, except in the case of truck and some air cargo shipping, where the carrier will usually collect freight charges directly.    We also offer USPS shipping. First class mail for lightweight packages. Priority Mail and Express Mail options.We ship worldwide.

Q: Return Policy

We will not accept unauthorized returns of any type. If you feel a return is warranted, please contact us for a return authorization. All returns must be shipped prepaid. There are no exceptions. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge at our discretion. We do not accept returns after 60 days from invoice date. There are no returns on electrical parts or special ordered parts. There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless found to be defective by us.

Q: Back Orders

We will endeavor to do our best to fill your order completely. Should the situation arise, all back ordered items will be listed on your invoice (except exports). All back ordered parts will be shipped as soon as they become available. Should you wish to cancel back ordered parts, contact us immediately; otherwise you will be held responsible for their acceptance. If you instruct us to do so, we will call or write you to confirm your back order before shipping.

Q: Is Wavetrac made by Autotech?

Yes it is. Wavetrac is our differential!

Q: How do I become a dealer?

Please email sales@autotech.com for a dealer application.

Q: Does my product come with a warranty?

All parts manufactured by Autotech include a Lifetime Warranty. Autotech warrants all products (sold either directly, or through one of its authorized dealers) to the original purchaser for the life of the vehicle on which the product is installed. The warranty excludes normal consumable products such as brake pads and discs, clutch systems, wiper blades and motor and/or gear oil. No need to fill out a warranty card etc just hold onto your original invoice and give us a call toll free at (800) 553-1055 or email sales@autotech.com

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally with UPS or USPS. The only product we can't ship internationally are Wavetrac Differentials to Europe. Please see www.wavetrac.eu for more information.

Q: Do you service vehicles?

Sorry we are not a service shop.

Certain products do have installation guides located as a link in the product description or under the "About" portion of the website as "Tech Page". If you don't see instructions for your product simply give us a call toll free at (800) 553-1055 or email sales@autotech.com for advice.
