Description
These uniquely designed tools are used in conjunction with part number 10.012.62100 to loosen and tighten the fan clutch on Audi & VW's. The unique design of the 10.012.61600 works with all water pumps that have bolts holding the pulley on the pump. On later year VW Passats, the water pump pulley is pressed on and pins in tool part number 10.012.63600 are inserted into the pulley to hold the water pump stationary for fan clutch removal and replacement.The 32mm Fan Clutch Wrench 10.012.62100, works with part number 10.012.61600 on 1998-2005 Volkswagens except those using pressed on pulleys. The 32mm Fan Clutch Wrench 10.012.62100, works with part number 10.012.63600 on 1998-2005 B5 Passat's with 2.8L V6 engines.
